We are so thankful we found Blackberry Hill Labradors! We easily established a great rapport with Teri from the very beginning. It was immediately apparent to us that she has the best interests of her dogs and her customers at heart. Teri is knowledgeable about the breed and has a genuine love for Labrador Retrievers. She has been an invaluable resource for us throughout the entire process.
Our first impression of Teri was reaffirmed when we visited Blackberry Hill. The facilities are thoughtfully designed to facilitate raising healthy and happy puppies. The grounds are well maintained and the puppy barn is immaculate - completely odorless with 10 lively, energetic and outgoing puppies in the litter we adopted out of!
Teri devotes all of her attention and energy to one litter at a time. She has a great relationship with her veterinarian and they partner together to ensure the puppies have the best health care. She was very diligent in educating us on medical history, health screening results and pedigree. Teri was well-organized and provided all of the documentation we needed to seamlessly transition to our veterinarian.
It was so much fun to watch the puppies grow through the photos and videos Teri posted on Facebook and Instagram. We really enjoyed getting to know the entire litter and witnessing the love being poured in to the puppies during the first several weeks of their life. The puppies were consistently clean, well-fed, friendly, and healthy. All 10 puppies displayed wonderful dispositions and were a joy to watch grow. It was also very special to have the opportunity to see the wonderful disposition of their mother on display as she lovingly tended to her litter.
Our initial intent was to adopt one male puppy, but we ended up adopting two puppies - one male and one female. We could not be happier, nor could we be more in love with our two wonderful puppies. They have the sweetest temperament. They are learning our routine quickly and absolutely adore our adult dog.
Teri has been a great mentor and friend throughout the past four weeks. She routinely checks in with us and is always available to patiently and lovingly answer questions. We're looking forward to continuing our journey with Blackberry Hill and highly recommend Teri to anyone wanting to add a friendly, active and outgoing Labrador Retriever to their family.
